Passion4Fashion Week 2019

Posted on

Another summer, another Passion4Fashion Week — but this time with an even more robust schedule of events. Last month, P4FW kicked off with its inaugural awards show at 416 Wabash where organizer and celebrity stylist Nicole Rene announced the winners of a round of fan voting, including awards for Best Seasoned Designer (Nikki Blaine Couture), Emerging Designer (TwisteDenim) and Best Host (the “Fabulous Mr. Patrick”).

The week of fashion and boutique events culminated in the annual Indiana Black Expo fashion show. (See my recap from last year’s show.) As always, Nicole and her team brought the looks of an eclectic set of designers — this year’s list included Tony Arrington Designs, Anjel’s Boutique, 803 Jeans, Unique Designs from Detroit, Wonderfully Made and BGals Couture, among others — to the runway in a celebration of all body types.
