At the Saks #ItList Townhouse, a $31 million townhouse on Washington Place that was transformed into a 5-story luxury shopping and Instagramming experience for 4 days during New York Fashion Week. Each floor represented a fall trend — animal print, Western chic, plaid everything, metallics and fearless fashion — and featured both established designers like Michael Kors and newer additions to Saks, like a preview of the Little Words Project before its launch in Saks stores nationwide this week. The townhouse kicked off with a celeb-filled gathering the Thursday night prior, so at least I can now say I’ve stood in the same space as Katie Holmes and Coco Rocha — kind of.
