Happy St. Patrick’s Day, friends! Whether you’re Irish only for the next few hours or your ancestors migrated here from the Emerald Island, here’s to enjoying a wonderful Saturday however you celebrate it. My annual tradition? Dancing near the band stage at the Rathskeller and stuffing myself full of corned beef and stew–and then coming home to this gorgeousness: Nigella Lawson’s Guinness chocolate cake. (Add a twist to her recipe by substituting Bailey’s Irish cream for the heavy cream. Trust me, it’s delicious!)
