What happens when you take more than a dozen Indy bloggers to Punch Bowl Social? Well, let’s just say there was some bad early 2000s karaoke (hello, Sisqo’s “The Thong Song,” it’s been awhile), uncoordinated bowling in stilettos (whoops) and a LOT of delicious chicken ‘n waffles with smoked jalapeno pecan maple syrup.

THINGS TO DO
Now that we’ve covered the “Punch Bowl” part of PBS–not to be confused with the educational TV programming channel–it’s time for the “Social.” Private karaoke room with red leather sofa, bowling lanes, vintage arcade, photo booth, darts, pool tables… There’s so much that, in the two hours we were there, we only managed to fit in karaoke and a few rounds of bowling. (Again, this is most likely because I spent too much time stuffing my face … but those chicken and waffles, man.)
Kudos to Alison Wren (@alisonwren) for somehow getting me to sing Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” in public–horribly–with other bloggers recording it via their Instagram stories. Social media is now filled with even more blackmail material on me.
